We have 50 spaces in loops E and F from July 24 at 4PM until July 28 at 1PM. Extra nights may potentially be available. You can reserve your space starting Sunday, May 4 at the Welcome Center at WCF. A deposit of $26 is needed to reserve a space. This includes a $6 reservation fee and $20 for the first night. Each additional night is $20. If you want to stay more nights than the two official nights of the Campout, indicate that on your reservation form. Fees must be paid in full by June 15, as the Park requires payment in full that week. A Praise and Worship service on Friday evening will be the first event on the agenda. Saturday will include a sand castle building time, a Potluck and a Praise and Worship time. Sunday’s highlight will be Church Services for adults and the younger kids. A camp space can be shared by up to 8 persons with no more than 2 vehicles per space, only one of which can be an RV. Parking is allowed only on the pavement. Only one vehicle is included in the space fee. Extra vehicles are $5 per night. Parking is $3 per day, if not staying over night. Pay extra vehicles fees when you arrive at the Park. If you plan to attend, sign up for your space early as they tend to go fast. Helpers Needed to plan and facilitate activities on the schedule.If you are willing to help in any way, please indicate that on the Registration Form. We would hate to cancel an activity because no one volunteered to help. We also need someone to step up to be the Campout Coordinator next year.

Tent or RV Camp Get a Motel Room Come for the day Nehalem Bay State Park is found West of US Highway 101, 3 miles South of the Manzanita Junction. You can get to Manzanita either through Cannon Beach or Tillamook. Typical Schedule Friday, July 25 4:00 PM Check In begins 9:00 PM Worship & Praise 10:00 PM Quiet Camp Saturday, July 26 6:00 AM Golfers leave 10:00 AM Family Fun Activity 2:00 PM Build Sand Castles, etc 6:00 PM Potluck ( bring Main Dish & salad or desert, table service) 9:00 PM Worship & Praise 10:00 PM Quiet Camp Sunday, July 27 10:00 AM Worship & Praise Kid’s Church 1:00 PM Check out time
If you can not tent or RV camp with us, consider coming down just for the day or getting a Motel in a nearby community. Ask Kloppman’s for a Motel and phone number list. Each family or camping group is responsible for their own meals and camping equipment. If you want to coordinate some meals with another family(s), feel free to do so.
Hope we see you there! Reserve early. Extra nights may be available. If you want to stay more than the two official nights of the campout, note that on the reservation form and Kloppman’s will try to get them so you will not need to move.
