The Father gave the Son all power and authority to provide eternal life to mankind; mankind, who before Jesus came, was eternally dead in sin. Man was separated and fell out of relationship with God when Adam rebelled against Him in the Garden of Eden. But Jesus came to restore that relationship and bring God to man.
“This is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent” (John 17:3). Read more…

When you think of big houses you might think of Bill Gates, Donald Trump or Richard Branson. You might even think bigger like Buckingham Palace with 775 rooms and 830,000 square feet of living space. Yet all of these are nothing compared to the dwelling place of God.

“He who loves his life loses it, and he who hates his life in this world will keep it to life eternal.” (John 12:25)
A paradoxical statement is a statement that seems to contradict itself. For example:
- “How am I supposed to get job experience if I can’t get a job because I have no experience?”
- “A male barber shaves all and only those men who do not shave themselves. Does he shave himself?”
- “A Cretan says, ‘All Cretans are liars.”
